Les has acted as a broker or lawyer for many North Quabbin Region home buyers, home sellers and businesses. He is a graduate of Amherst College and the University of Michigan Law School. Formerly Vice-President of the Internet Commerce Alliance, Inc., Les directs Four Columns Realty's internet and social media projects.

An area resident since 1975, Les has lived in Warwick, Amherst and Orange, Massachusetts, as well as Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire. Les and his wife Deb now live in Royalston, Massachusetts.
